Welcome to CHA Learning
For the past 55 years, CHA Learning has been providing education programs to healthcare
professionals from across Canada. Every year, between 500 and 600 adult learners
take advantage of CHA’s distance learning programs to broaden their knowledge base within their chosen careers.
Courses range from food services management, health information management, general healthcare
management, to quality improvement, long term care management, and risk management
and safety in health services.
What Is Distance Learning?
CHA’s Distance Learning programs are based on readings, monthly assignments,
examinations, and participation in on-site activities. CHA Learning courses are
self-directed. Successful students manage their own time, use the course
materials provided, and know when to obtain assistance from professionals in
their own environment, CHA’s Education Consultants or CHA Learning staff.
Mission
CHA Learning is dedicated to providing education opportunities to Canadian health service
providers, regardless of their geographic locations.
