Documents Available to Order

Official Transcripts

Official transcripts are transcripts issued directly to a third party or a student. Individuals ordering official transcripts should gather the following information prior to ordering:

  • Name at Graduation
  • Name of Program
  • Year of Graduation

Duplicate Official Certificates

Graduates of CHA Learning programs may order a duplicate official certificate. Click here to access more information.

Duplicate T2202A Tax Forms

Tuition and academic fees may be used to reduce income tax for qualifying students.  If you have paid these fees personally, you may be entitled to a deduction on your personal income tax return. T2202A forms are mailed to current students in February each year.

If you have misplaced your form, you may order a duplicate online. Select 'Order Documents' and then select 'Other' from the drop down menu.

Duplicate Receipts, Official Letters and Forms

Students who require a duplicate receipt for financial transactions, an official letter confirming their enrollement or the completetion of official forms may make a request by emailing learninginfo@cha.ca.

Paying Fees Online

Supplemental Exam Fee and Postponement Fee

Current students who must write a supplemental exam or pay a postponement fee may do so online by selecting 'Other' from the 'Order Documents' drop down menu.

Students must request a postponement through their Program Coordinator prior to paying the fee.
