Duplicate T2202A Tax Forms
Tuition and academic fees may be used to reduce income tax for qualifying students. If you have paid these fees personally, you may be entitled to a deduction on your personal income tax return. T2202A forms are mailed to current students by the end of February each year.
If you have misplaced your form, you may order a duplicate for a fee. Please email your request to learninginfo@cha.ca
Duplicate Receipts, Official Letters and Forms
Students who require a duplicate receipt for financial transactions, an official letter confirming their enrollement or the completetion of official forms may make a request by emailing learninginfo@cha.ca.
Supplemental Exam Fee and Postponement Fee
Current students who must write a supplemental exam or pay a postponement fee may do so by emailiing learninginfo@cha.ca.
Students must request a postponement through their Program Coordinator prior to paying the fee.
